City house

The site is found on the perifery of the villa zone, surrounded by apartments. However the client wanted a 'city villa' . This meant that he wanted a large pool with entertainment area, with enough privacy and sun. We therefore made a digital optimization anaylysis to create building volumes that would allow sun to pass though and at the same time create privacy. To help with this we also decided to optimize the surfaces on the upper levels. Thus allowing the clients to have allocated views and light yet still have privacy.
